Mirrored Wardrobes
Bespoke Mirrored Wardrobes - Storage That Opens Up Your Bedroom
A mirrored wardrobe does two things at once - it gives you all the storage of a fitted wardrobe and makes your bedroom feel larger and lighter.
What Mirrored Wardrobes Do for a Bedroom
A full wall of mirrored wardrobe doors reflects natural light back into the room, making the space feel significantly larger and brighter than it actually is. In smaller bedrooms, north-facing rooms or rooms with limited window space, this effect can be transformative.
Mirrored wardrobes also remove the need for a separate full-length mirror. The wardrobe front becomes your dressing mirror - floor to ceiling, wall to wall - giving you a full view every time you open the room.
All our mirror panels are safety-backed as standard. This means they meet the same safety requirements used in commercial buildings and public spaces.
Mirror Options
Full-length mirror panels
The entire door is a single sheet of mirror, running from floor to ceiling. This gives the maximum light-reflecting effect and the cleanest look.
Split-panel designs
Mirror is combined with a solid panel - typically a matt or gloss finish - in a horizontal or vertical split. This gives you the benefit of mirror while adding a design detail that breaks up the reflective surface.
Framed mirror inserts
A mirror panel is set within a framed door, creating a more traditional, furniture-quality appearance. This works particularly well in period homes or bedrooms with a classic interior style.
Tinted and bronze mirror
For a warmer, more subtle effect, tinted or bronze mirror panels soften the reflection and add a contemporary tone. These are also less likely to show fingerprints than clear mirror.
Available Across All Wardrobe Styles
Mirrored doors can be fitted to any of our wardrobe styles:
Whatever the wardrobe style, the mirror specification, safety backing and finish quality remain the same.
Questions About Mirrored Wardrobes
Yes. All our mirror panels are safety-backed as standard. This means that if the mirror is ever damaged, it holds together in one piece rather than shattering into loose shards. This is the same safety standard used in commercial and public buildings.
Mirrored surfaces will show fingerprints more than a matt finish, but they are easy to clean with a standard glass cleaner. If you prefer a lower-maintenance option, tinted or bronze mirror panels tend to show marks less than clear mirror.
Yes - and many of our clients do. A popular combination is alternating mirrored panels with matt or gloss panels in a complementary colour. This gives you the light-enhancing benefits of mirror without covering the entire wardrobe front.
